Elan GoGo Eyebrow And Lash Serum 4.5ml is a leave-on care serum for eyebrows and eyelashes, designed for daily use at home to help brows and lashes look fuller, stronger and more defined. It moisturises the hairs and helps keep them soft, flexible and shiny.
The formula combines PRODEW® 500, an amino acid complex, with biotinoyl tripeptide-1, apigenin and oleanolic acid, together with panthenol (provitamin B5) and hydrolysed keratin.
